About Me

Puan Aishah Mohidin is an HR professional and practitioner with more than 30 years of working experience in the financial and non –financial industries. She has unique experiences that include businesses, operations, audit and full spectrum of Human Resources function. Thus she has the added values in understanding issues face by non HR people with regards to Human Resources challenges and able to provide practical advises that can support the organization in developing their people. She held a Master in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance and Human Resource (Strategic Management) from Charles Sturt University, Australia. With her qualification and experience, she is now doing consulting work and providing training and coaching in the industries. She is also a speaker and was invited to speak at HR Conferences in Dubai and Malaysia to share on her experiences and practical implementation in Human Resource initiatives. She has been nominated and listed as member in “Who’s Who” book of acknowledgement of the professional. With the knowledge and experience she would like to contribute to society and to those who need her expertise.
